Cup Cake

Today I am sharing my pretty cup cake with you all.  I love a bit of recycling and you may not believe that my Cup Cake started out as a Costa Coffee cup. Although it was time consuming it was so easy to make and don't you just love those colour tones together.
If you want to make one you will need one empty cardboard coffee cup, 1 polystyrene ball, 1 sheet of card, pearl ended pins, flowers and embellishments to decorate.
Here's what to do:-  Cut your cup down to the size to suit you. Secure your ball in the cup so that it stands out at the top. If it is a bit small fill your cup with scrunched paper first. I covered my ball with some tissue paper first in case there were any spaces between the flowers where the ball may show. Score a length of thin card (I used a 12" length and cut of the excess after I had scored and creased it) Concertina the scored card and glue to your cup. Use different sizes of  die cut flowers to cover the ball securing with  pins. Decorate to finish.

I used Crealies flower and butterfly dies

I have entered my Cup cake into the challenges listed below.
