This little card is lovely but it drove me mad trying to get a good photo of it. I must have retaken the photo's 4 or 5 times and this is the best I could do.
This is my DT card for the" Animal antics" challenge for October at Penny black and More. I water coloured my image keeping the colours delicate due to the heavily patterned background paper. I used pretty Petaloo flowers with sparkly gem centres. When I added my brads to the lace I spread the wings flat instead of poking them through my card.

Your card looks beautiful. I love that cute image, and the papers you used are gorgeous. Love the cute little flowers too! I had a really hard time photographing my card for this challenge too. Maybe all these animals didn't like to be in the spotlight LOL.

This is gorgeous Shirley. I haven't water coloured for ages, stuck on my Promarkers, I should turf them out and have a play again. Great idea of not putting the brads through the lace.
