Vintage card with a modern style

Our Kaboodledoodles challenge this week is Vintage. I was lucky enough to be able to use this gorgeous image from  Stamp-n-doodle  www.stamp-n-doodle.com/  who are the sponsors for this challenge.
Why not pop over to http://kaboodledoodles.blogspot.com/ and check out the challenge for all the details and enter for your chance of winning a $10 voucher to spend in their shop. This digi stamp is so versatile it can be used for so many different cards. I decided to give my card  a modern Vintage look. Something a little bit different from the normal, that can be used for Birthday,Valentine, or Anniversary. I did a bit of pricking around my card and layered it up with plain Creamy yellow card and two complimentary designer papers. I used a doily, flowers and leaves, a bow, sparkly gems, and a sentiment. My central image was  coloured with just a touch of pale watercolours to co-ordinate with the colours of my card and papers. I loved it when it was finished and it had a lovely soft look to it.
I have entered it into the challenges listed below.
