Friend's card

I was invited to be a guest designer for Lexi's Creation and the challenge theme this week is friends. I chose to use the lovely friends digi sentiment and the papers are from Craftwork Cards and come from their Botanica collection. The paper is silver foiled in places and is just beautiful. It's a shame it has not shown on the card as it was a dull and dreary day when I took the pic. I cut out the birds and butterflies from other sheets in the collection and added foam pads to give some dimension. They were very fiddly but luckily I have the most tiniest and sharpest pointed scissors that I invested in over 10 yrs ago. They cost me £10 at the time, and are still going strong and worth every penny. A few pearls and bows finished my card off and it looks very elegant in real life.
